Washing Your Shapewear

Hand Wash (Recommended)

1. Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water
2. Add a small amount of mild detergent
3. Gently submerge and swish your shapewear
4. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes
5. Rinse thoroughly with cool water until no soap remains
6. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring or twist)

Machine Wash (If Necessary)

If you must use a washing machine:

• Place shapewear in a mesh laundry bag
• Use the delicate cycle with cold water
• Use mild detergent only
• Never use bleach or fabric softeners

Drying Your Shapewear

Always air dry your shapewear. Never put it in the dryer.

1. Lay the piece flat on a clean towel
2. Gently roll the towel to absorb excess water
3. Unroll and reshape the garment
4. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight or heat

Do not hang shapewear to dry — hanging can stretch the fabric and reduce compression.
