At Curve Theory, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
• All original packaging must be included
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Final sale items are not eligible for returns

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@shopcurvetheory.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will send you a return shipping address and instructions
3. Package your items securely with the original packaging
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
